Job Details
Our client is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to work with a team of delivery consultants, the client IT leadership, project business lead and functional resources in support of an S/4 implementation.
Position Responsibilities:
- Strong leadership, including experience with workforce transition and training.
- Responsible for coordinating communications from both the business, as well as IT organizations, to provide clear messaging to the business and executive management team.
- Conduct user acceptance and readiness surveys, as well as detailed change impact assessments for the end users.
- Develop effective communication strategies and presentations for the leadership to communicate changes to the organization.
Position Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
- 10 years of SAP project experience with change management in support of a S4 Hana implementation, utilizing Activate Methodology.
- Strong leadership and project management experience desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
