Systems Analyst (San Diego, CA):Gather & analyze user rqmts; create gap analysis reprt; dsgn & dvlp high-level dsgn architecture for new apps; monitor data governance; anlz existing s/w systems & new business rqmts & system specs to determine parameters of s/w app; test, maintain, backup & monitor comptr progs & systems, incl coordinating their installation. Mnge stakeholder & prep proj plan. Req. BS (or equiv) in CompSci, BusAdmin or a rltd fld & 5 yrs exp in follwng technlgy/software tools: J2EE, CICS, JCL, REXX, VSAM, Big Data Hadoop, DB2, Oracle - 9i/10g/11g/12c/OEM, CAAT Testing Tool, SOA Architecture, SQL, Shell scripting, AI (Artificial Intelligence), SAS, Tableau, Salesforce Einstein & Machine Learning.
