Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Architect with strong Salesforce Media Cloud expertise. The role
requires at least 2+ years working directly with Media Cloud and 7+ years overall Salesforce
Architectural experience. You ll be hands-on with Media Cloud implementations while also
leveraging deep Salesforce Core knowledge to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of Salesforce Media Cloud solutions (Ad Sales
Management, Campaigns, Contracts, Placements).
- Define data models, system architecture, and integrations with ad servers, billing, and
rights management platforms.
- Drive cross-cloud integrations between Media Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Ensure compliance, scalability, and performance across the full project lifecycle.
- Mentor development teams and establish technical best practices.
Required Skills
- 7+ years Salesforce ecosystem experience, 2+ years specifically with Media Cloud.
- Hands-on Media Cloud implementation expertise, including Ad Sales, Campaign
Hierarchies, Media Plans, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Experience with Revenue Scheduling, Rate Cards, and Dynamic Pricing.
- Strong Apex, Lightning, SOQL, and integration knowledge (REST/SOAP).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, and performance best
practices.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins).
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Exposure to Media Cloud Advanced features (inventory, forecasting, analytics).
- Integrations with ad-tech/mar-tech platforms (e.g., FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager).
