Position: Tableau Dashboard Developer

Location: Boston, MA

Hybrid Onsite: 3 days per week (Tue-Thurs)  

Must be available to interview onsite & able to join within 2 weeks or less

Contract Duration: 3 Month Contract (possible extensions)

Overview:

• This is a mid-level role that will be responsible for creating dashboards in Tableau utilizing multiple data sources including Salesforce.
• The ideal candidate would be local to Boston and is comfortable with driving projects. This role will meet with senior leadership, so the candidate must be able to hold meetings, is organized, and very motivated.
• 4+ years of experience with dashboard development and data integration
• Financial services experience is required.
• This role involves developing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau, leveraging accessible data to create comprehensive engagement and adoption dashboards.

Job Requirements:

• Financial services experience is required.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in developing dashboards using Tableau.
• Experience working with Salesforce data is highly desirable.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau.
• Utilize data from Snowflake and other sources to create visualizations that provide insights into user engagement and adoption.
• Working with UX resources, ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and integration techniques.
• Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
