Android Developer

Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer with a background in automotive technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Android Automotive Platform, Kotlin/Java, and a strong understanding of development tools such as BitBake, GitHub, HAL, HMI, and middleware. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement Android-based solutions for automotive applications
  • Work with BitBake, Garrett, and GitHub to create a virtualized combined system integrating Android with HMI
  • Adapt to evolving project requirements and contribute to the development of HAL functionalities
  • Utilize Kotlin/Java for Android application development
  • Utilize Rust for middleware development and property exposure

Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Automotive background
  • Experience with Android Automotive Platform
  • Proficiency in Kotlin/Java
  • Knowledge of HAL development

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Rust programming language
  • Familiarity with middleware development in Rust
