Job Description:
* We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to provide executive coaching, mentorship, and strategic advisory services to senior leaders within the financial services industry.
* The role involves working closely with top executives to develop leadership capabilities, enhance operational strategies, and drive business growth.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive leadership, strategic planning, and industry thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
* Executive Coaching and Mentorship: Provide one-on-one coaching to senior executives, facilitating leadership development and strategic decision-making.
* Strategic Advisory: Assist in crafting and executing growth strategies, including mergers, acquisitions, and operational improvements.
* Thought Leadership: Represent the organization in industry discussions, contribute to publications, and host webinars or panel discussions.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with executive teams, conducting regular check-ins and addressing organizational challenges.
* Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to enhance service offerings, share insights, and support business development initiatives.
