Drupal Frontend Developer, Mid/Senior Level

As a member of our dynamic tech team, you will work collaboratively with team members and key stakeholders to engage in various aspects of high-quality website design for our clients. Location: Remote.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing, creating, testing, and maintaining responsive websites using web development tools.
Interacts with team to gather, define, and analyze requirements to determine the most effective web technologies to satisfy business needs.
Performs technical code reviews utilizing constructive feedback.
Recognize system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
Optimize front-end performance and user experience.
Qualifications:
Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or (can be substituted for work experience)
5+ years of demonstrated experience in web development including semantic HTML, modern CSS, Sass, responsive design, and modern JavaScript.
Familiarity with web accessibility, WCAG, accessibility testing, and best practices.
Site building knowledge within Drupal (specifically Frontend) including creating content types, views, display modes, choosing and configuring contributed modules, interacting with configuration, etc.
Theming experience in Drupal 8/9 including creating and modifying Twig templates, creating libraries, managing front-end dependencies, preprocess functions, Drupal Behaviors, etc.
Experience with Agile Software Development Methodology.
Experience with software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations.
Familiarity with Git version control management as well as other command line tools.
Ability to work with local Docker-based development environments.

Nice to Haves
Experience deploying to cloud platforms such as AWS.
Experience with Developer/Build tools including GIT and Jenkins.
Advanced JavaScript experience.
Experience with USWDS Framework.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Capable of operating a computer and other office productivity machinery, and frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers.
This is a Full-Time, W2 position. Corp-to-Corp and 1099 ineligible.
