Location: Remote

Job Summary:

The IFS ERP Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IFS ERP solutions to meet the business needs of the organization. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the ERP system is effectively integrated into the organization's IT landscape and supports the business processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Lead the design of IFS ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define the technical architecture of the ERP solution.
  • Implementation: Oversee the implementation of IFS ERP systems, including customization, configuration, and integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the implementation team, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable.
  • Integration: Design and manage the integration of IFS ERP with other applications and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the IFS ERP system, ensuring high availability and optimal user experience.
  • Upgrades and Enhancements: Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that the ERP system complies with organizational policies, industry regulations, and security standards.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of the ERP architecture, processes, configurations, and customizations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff, ensuring they are equipped to use and maintain the ERP system effectively.
  • Project Management: Lead or participate in ERP-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of IFS ERP modules and functionalities.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP architecture, databases, and integration technologies.
  • Proficiency in IFS tools, including IFS Cloud, IFS Applications, and other related technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and SaaS models.
  • Familiarity with related technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL, XML, web services, and REST APIs.
