Sr. Perl Developer

Piper Enterprise Solutions is need of a Sr. Software Engineer who possesses expertise in web application development utilizing Perl and JavaScript in a Linux environment to join a team in Cary, NC. You will get to develop new features, maintain the health and operation of critical applications, and work with other departments as needed to create solutions for customers. This is a collaborative environment where you will work across the frond and backend, providing valuable input and direction to the software development process. The expectation is to be on-site 5 days a week for this direct-hire opportunity.

Qualifications for the Sr. Software Engineer

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development
• Experience building web-based applications using Perl
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience building applications in a Linux environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• The expected compensation range is $120,000 - $140,000 based on relevant experience
