Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join a stable and mission-driven organization. This role offers the opportunity to support a meaningful cause while working in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and assist in the selection, installation, testing, and support of network devices and related hardware/software.
- Provide technical support to users via an internal request system, resolving issues related to network infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and support enterprise software including Active Directory, email, data backup, antivirus, and network accounts.
- Support agency security standards and maintain required documentation.
- Assist with daily maintenance and administration of the local area network.
- Maintain network documentation and configuration records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Top Skills Required:
- Experience providing end-user support both in-person and remotely, including hardware/software troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust and confidence among users.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Windows 11, Office 365, Outlook, etc.
- Experience with routers and switches is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent technical/vocational training (year-for-year substitution).
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in desktop/end-user support.
- Experience in computer programming, systems analysis, or network support may substitute for the degree requirement.
