Objective

Seeking a hands-on Brand Development Manager to lead community-based marketing, digital presence, and public outreach across multiple service locations.


Role Overview

This position owns end-to-end brand management, digital communications, event support, and partnership initiatives. It requires close collaboration with internal teams, third-party vendors, and community organizations to drive awareness, consistency, and participation across all outreach channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of brand identity, marketing content, and digital outreach.

  • Manage vendor relationships, including external digital marketing and communications agencies.

  • Develop and distribute newsletters, social updates, and community announcements.

  • Conduct audience research and assess opportunities to increase visibility and engagement.

  • Coordinate local and regional community events and educational programs.

  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across digital and print materials.

  • Build relationships with local organizations, service partners, and educational institutions.

  • Support leadership with best practices in marketing, communications, and public relations.

  • Serve as an onsite representative and visible partner at local and regional initiatives.


Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or community engagement roles.

  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.

  • Experience overseeing digital campaigns or working with marketing vendors preferred.

  • Adaptable, creative, and collaborative with a service-oriented mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
