Objective
Seeking a hands-on Brand Development Manager to lead community-based marketing, digital presence, and public outreach across multiple service locations.
Role Overview
This position owns end-to-end brand management, digital communications, event support, and partnership initiatives. It requires close collaboration with internal teams, third-party vendors, and community organizations to drive awareness, consistency, and participation across all outreach channels.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of brand identity, marketing content, and digital outreach.

Manage vendor relationships, including external digital marketing and communications agencies.

Develop and distribute newsletters, social updates, and community announcements.

Conduct audience research and assess opportunities to increase visibility and engagement.

Coordinate local and regional community events and educational programs.

Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across digital and print materials.

Build relationships with local organizations, service partners, and educational institutions.

Support leadership with best practices in marketing, communications, and public relations.

Serve as an onsite representative and visible partner at local and regional initiatives.
Qualifications

5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or community engagement roles.

Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Experience overseeing digital campaigns or working with marketing vendors preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
