NetSuite Accounting Consultant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Accounting Consultant to support and enhance our client s accounting operations within their NetSuite ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial processes, reporting, and compliance within NetSuite, coupled with a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize NetSuite for accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Financial Reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company financial policies.
• Develop and deliver training to internal users on NetSuite accounting modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to financial operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align accounting processes with broader business objectives.
• Create and maintain documentation for accounting workflows and configurations in NetSuite.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting roles, with at least 2 years working with NetSuite ERP.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Proven ability to implement or enhance NetSuite financial modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
