Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team in Manhattan, NY. As part of the Business Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives within the Media Engineering division. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex programs, ensuring seamless collaboration across various teams and stakeholders. This is a Long-term Contract position.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs within the Media Engineering portfolio.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, design, and operations, to ensure alignment and progress on key initiatives.

Develop, monitor, and communicate program schedules, risks, and status updates to diverse audiences.

Coordinate with project managers and technical leads to ensure timely delivery of program milestones.

Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Manage forecasting, funding, tracking, and reporting for programs to ensure transparency and accountability.

Oversee resource allocation and prioritize tasks to meet organizational goals.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to address challenges and drive solutions.

Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, promoting continuous improvement.

Support decision-making by synthesizing data and providing actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in related industries.
Advanced understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
Proven expertise in planning and leading product development efforts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Strong technical acumen and a solid foundation in project management.
Familiarity with Agile software development and Scrum methodology.
Experience with data warehousing, BI visualization tools like Tableau and Looker, and SQL knowledge.
Ability to manage multiple assignments autonomously and deliver high-quality results.
