Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Service Now Platform Architect to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on and can not only direct but also design and architect comprehensive solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leveraging the ServiceNow platform to enhance the client’s associate services, integrating it with other key platforms such as Salesforce and Google Cloud Platform to optimize business operations. This position is remote, allowing flexibility and the ability to work from an approved location.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and architecture of robust ServiceNow solutions that integrate with other core business platforms such as Salesforce and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Direct hands-on involvement in all phases of project development, from planning and design to implementation and launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the ServiceNow platform aligns with business goals and technology strategies.
  • Drive the adoption and maximization of ServiceNow capabilities within the organization, focusing on enhancing associate services.
  • Manage the implementation of new ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management and Employee Center Pro.
  • Provide expert guidance and leadership to teams, helping to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and updates, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge and effective.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the senior management level regarding technology investments and improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect or similar role with a comprehensive understanding of the platform's capabilities.
  • Experience with IT Service Management, Asset Management, and ServiceNow modules such as Employee Center and IT Operations Management.
  • Strong technical background with an ability to address and solve complex IT issues.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience leading large-scale IT projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with other platforms like Salesforce and Google Cloud Platform is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
  • Relevant certifications in ServiceNow and project management are preferred.

Pay Range: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
