    Description: Our client is currently seeking an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Analyst.

    This job will have the following responsibilities:

    As part of a fast-paced, dynamic Human Resources team, you will work collaboratively with Payroll, Benefits and HR Professionals. Responsibilities will include coordinating changes, resolving technical issues, managing system updates, and road mapping implementation of future modules in our internal Oracle HCM system.     Job Responsibilities:

    Coordination Responsibilities:

    • Monitor entry of new hires in Oracle HCM

    • Monitor employee changes in Oracle HCM

    • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all HR data

    • Work collaboratively with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure accuracy of data and processes

    • Work with HR team as needed to resolve issues/ questions

    • Interface between other departments (like IT or Finance etc.) as needed

    • Ability to drive the tasks from inception to implementation

    Technical/ Analysis Responsibilities:

    • Serve as point of contact to manage and resolve issues in Oracle system

    • Escalate issues through Oracle SR process

    • Lead the review, testing and implementation of Oracle system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintain Oracle system tables. Document all change management processes

    • Researches and resolves Oracle problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements

    • Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools

    • Development of standard reports for ongoing needs

    • Conduct independent POCs (Proof of Concepts) to present ideas/solutions/options for enhancements/projects aligning with organization goals

    • Ability to support production issues by providing short-term/long term options as applicable

    • Provide guidance to teams understanding overall picture of effort, in regards to impact and volume

    • Maintain awareness of current trends in Oracle Fusion (through use of Cloud Customer Connect) with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support and application of key technologies

    • Development and maintenance of training and reference materials
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • College degree with HR or related field preferred
    • Retail or Hospitality industry experience preferred
    • Proactive approach to issue resolution and process improvement
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Project Management and Implementation experience
    • Experience working with confidential and sensitive HR/ Payroll information
    • Experience in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules preferred
    • 5+ years of technical experience/ knowledge of Oracle Fusion
