Role: Organizational Change Manager Claims

Location: Charlotte, NC

W2 Contract Position

JD:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for claims-related transformation projects.

  • Partner with project managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to assess change impacts and readiness across people, processes, and technology.

  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training efforts to support adoption of new systems, tools, and workflows in the claims domain.

  • Identify potential resistance and barriers to change; develop and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Support organizational alignment and cultural integration during claims modernization or system migrations.

  • Measure change effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on change best practices, risks, and recommendations.

  • Ensure alignment between the transformation strategy and day-to-day operational needs within claims teams.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, including at least 2 years of experience in claims operations (insurance, healthcare, or related).

  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).

  • Proven experience managing change in large-scale transformation programs, ideally involving claims systems or workflows.

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
