Role: Organizational Change Manager Claims
Location: Charlotte, NC
W2 Contract Position

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for claims-related transformation projects.
Partner with project managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to assess change impacts and readiness across people, processes, and technology.
Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training efforts to support adoption of new systems, tools, and workflows in the claims domain.
Identify potential resistance and barriers to change; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
Support organizational alignment and cultural integration during claims modernization or system migrations.
Measure change effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on change best practices, risks, and recommendations.
Ensure alignment between the transformation strategy and day-to-day operational needs within claims teams.
Qualifications:
< data-start="1992" data-end="2010">Required:</>Bachelor s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
5+ years of experience in organizational change management, including at least 2 years of experience in claims operations (insurance, healthcare, or related).
Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
Proven experience managing change in large-scale transformation programs, ideally involving claims systems or workflows.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
