What you'll do:

What we are looking for:

As the Digital Productivity & Intelligent Automation Portfolio/Product Manager, you'll oversee the strategic planning, execution, and reporting of various change initiatives in support of the Digital Experience team's strategic objectives. Within this customer-oriented IT organization, you'll develop a deep understanding of our customers, our technology, and the culture in which we operate.
  • You will be a key leader in the bank's Intelligent Automation, low code, digital transformation, and citizen development initiatives, as well as an advocate and evangelist of the bank's AI strategy.
  • You will partner with various internal teams and service providers to manage the Digital Productivity Center of Excellence & Intelligent Automation programs including backlogs, budgets and schedules. As cross-functional conflicts arise, you'll lead the way to win-win solutions.
  • You will harvest the best value opportunities to streamline, improve or automate which provides the greatest returns for the bank.
  • You will advocate, support and build a community of citizen developers and act as a catalyst for change within the Bank.
  • You will represent the bank to external stakeholders and/or vendors in discovery and implementation of 3rd-party services.
  • As a key leader in our service-oriented organization, you'll partner with internal customers to understand their needs, listen to their feedback, and manage their expectations.
  • As an agent of change in our fast-moving organization, you'll be responsible for the realization of intended benefits of various projects within the Intelligent Automation program.

Responsibilities:
  • Foster relationships and communicate effectively across a wide variety of stakeholders, from bank executives to internal service providers to 3rd-party vendors
  • Quantify and measure project costs and benefits
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and provide a weekly aggregate status across each
  • Resource forecasting, leveling and capacity planning
  • Help develop, maintain, and socialize the Intelligent Automation roadmap among impacted stakeholder groups
  • Serve as a liaison to a centralized IT project management organization
  • Collaborate with different technology towers to achieve common goals


Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in IT project management, program management, and/or product management
  • Working understanding of Intelligent Automation concepts including Robotics Process Automation (RPA), basic workflow and Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI)
  • Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Power Platform and leading efforts to utilize low-code platforms to achieve business results.
  • Extensive and recent experience and In-depth knowledge of end-to-end development practices (SDLC) including risk, controls, audit, legal, and compliance controls
  • Jira, Azure DevOps and/or Confluence is a plus
  • Microsoft M365 product experience is a plus
  • Product Management and/or Scrum Master experience, and using Agile frameworks is a plus
  • Proven leader with ability to influence without direct authority
