Description
As a Mainframe Programmer/Analyst, you will focus primarily on providing high quality, efficient technology solutions to business partners by developing new software applications or modifying and/or supporting existing packaged or custom-built applications. In this capacity, you'll analyze, code, configure, test, debug, document and maintain applications. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in COBOL development, JCL, and mainframe utilities, who thrives in a structured environment and understands the importance of maintaining mission-critical systems.

Required Skills:
- Mainframe (COBOL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, JCL, TSO, Changeman)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working and troubleshooting in large COBOL codebases
- Familiarity with APIs, microservices, distributed platforms a huge plus
- Communication/coordination skills
- Documentation skills
- Agile / Scrum experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzes, solutions, develops, tests, debugs, documents and deploys software according to standards in an agile environment.
- Drives continuous improvement and learning through ongoing training, practice and innovation.
- Manages medium to large project priorities, deadlines and deliverables proactively.
