Job Description

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required to be really awesome:

  • ALM
  • JIRA
  • Selenium (automation)

Day 2 Day:

  • Reporting to the Testing Lead, the Functional Tester will perform the following key functions:
  • Review and analyze Spectrum Mobile requirements
  • Translate those requirements into actionable test cases
  • Work to execute defined test cases, and identify areas of non-conformance (defects)
  • Drive defects through resolution where required

Must haves:

  • A quick learner - with ability to grasp key concepts around Spectrum Mobile business process and customer experience
  • Strong communication skills, and an ability to work across groups and effectively participate with key stakeholders where required
  • Scripting language or direct testing automation scripting skills
  • Web portal testing including Direct to Customer (D2C) and Self Care experience testing
  • Mobile application Self Care experience testing

Plusses:

  • Mobile experience a huge benefit but not necessary
