Job Description

Dynamic personality to lead all new hires in two-day onboarding events weekly. Excellent attention to detail is required to manage the employees starting, dropping, getting confirmed as it changes daily up to the onboarding class. Excellent technical skills to navigate word, excel & zoom. Superior documentation skills. Creative and engaging, this person will be the leading the effort to leave the best first impression for a new hire's first day. Should be compliance-minded to oversee completion of all onboarding activities and documentation. Will also have some light HR responsibilities as time allows. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment. 3-5 recruiting experience.
