Machine Learning Engineer

Our client is an energy company. They are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join their Las Vegas, NV office.

Responsibilities

• Evolve advanced machine learning models using modern frameworks and techniques
• Improve existing digital twin sensor models and control training
• Combine models as containers into a modern framework for end-to-end system testing
• Generate and maintain technical documentation
• Work with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Assist code reviews to ensure the models and development process are repeatable and reliable

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Master’s Degree preferred
• 3+ years of  software and machine learning development experience
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Understand architectures, testing methodologies, and performance comparison best practices
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of astrodynamics or related concepts in the field of space domain awareness
• Knowledge of MLOps tools or frameworks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Python, Java, C/C++, C#, or other programming languages
