Job Description :
Marketing Specialist -Focus on experience with customer or shopper marketing rather than brand marketing -- Supporting Scott Shop Towels
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales team members to deliver against brand/business objectives across Mass, Club, Automotive customers, including leading marketing and promotion planning & execution.
- Lead/participate in key customer planning meetings, presentations, tradeshows, and training. Budget management and assisting with marketing plans, developing collateral (flyers, etc)
- Manage trade budgets for Mass, Club, Automotive
- Travel up to 10%. - potentially 1 trip during assignment
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related experience in marketing (Retail marketing experience preferred)
- Strong analytical, project, time management, collaboration, and communication skills essential.
- Able to work in a matrix organization driving collaboration across functions and businesses.
- Must be able to function in an independent fashion, owning responsibility by driving decisions and possessing a high degree of accountability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience at Kimberly-Clark (+)
- Experience with retail customer marketing and brand marketing (++)
- Experience with the Home Professional business (+++)
Design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products.
