We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support a fast-paced technology and delivery organization focused on field operations. This individual will play a critical role in managing both CapEx and OpEx budgets, tracking software licensing and subscriptions, managing time and material efforts, and supporting the back-office project and portfolio operations for various application teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own the end-to-end budget management process, including CapEx and OpEx tracking, forecasting, and reporting
* Manage time sheets and labor allocations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
* Track and reconcile SOWs, contracts, and third-party vendor relationships
* Monitor and report on software subscriptions and license usage (e.g., Google Workspace, SaaS tools)
* Maintain and update manual budget tracking systems in Excel (with a long-term goal of automation via Tableau)
* Support field operations projects and delivery programs across multiple portfolios, ensuring alignment with allocated budgets and timelines
* Consolidate weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates from various app teams to prepare executive-level reports (outages, emergency releases, project milestones)
* Stay on top of resource tracking - offshore, contractors, new hires, and monthly headcount reconciliation
* Work with PMs and Program Managers to ensure projects are financially aligned and delivery milestones are met

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in budget operations, financial planning, or portfolio support
* Strong knowledge of CapEx and OpEx budget processes
* Proficient in Excel for budget tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
* Familiarity with SOW/contract management and working with third-party vendors
* Experience managing subscriptions, licenses, and enterprise software budgets
* Ability to gather and consolidate reports across multiple teams and present insights to leadership
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and updates across the quarter
* Comfortable in a fast-moving, no-nonsense environment where accountability is key
* Proactive and self-motivated - doesn't wait to be told what to do
* Takes ownership and follows through on tasks
* Strong communication and executive presence for presenting updates
* Works well under pressure and navigates intensity with professionalism
* No hand-holding needed - this person drives their own work

Nice to Have:
* Experience with Tableau for dashboarding and automating manual reporting tasks
* Prior experience in enterprise environments
* Exposure to project or portfolio management tools
