Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Consultant to lead the implementation, support, and upgrade projects for Oracle EBS Finance modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business users, analyze gaps, and provide effective solutions across various financial modules.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, support, and upgrade of Oracle EBS Finance modules.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions for GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, and Tax modules.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, configure systems, and recommend best practices.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring proper understanding and implementation of functional requirements.
  • Facilitate client workshops, document business processes, and create functional specifications.
  • Provide support for EBS R12 financial modules, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and integrations.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure financial reporting accuracy.
  • Support data migration and conversion efforts from legacy systems to Oracle EBS.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, Tax).
  • Expertise in implementation, support, and upgrades of Oracle EBS Finance.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and recommend best practices.
  • Experience working as a liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience in financial reporting, data migration, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
