Position Title: Junior Manager, Global Partner Programs

Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote Ok)

Duration: 5 Months Contract



Job Description:


  • Our Client is looking for a Junior Manager, Global Partner Programs (contract position) to join our Global Partner Programs team to work on its award winning program: Partnerverse. In this key role, you will be part of the team that is responsible for the creation and management of a Partner Program that rewards, engages and enables our partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth and expand technology value via Splunk product based solutions, while also maintaining quality and compliance. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and flexible, plus possesses the skills required to manage multiple concurrent projects. You are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast paced environment that relies on teamwork.

Responsibilities: I want to and can do that!

Partnerverse Program

  • Have an understanding of how Partner Programs operate and have the ability to quickly learn partner program processes
  • Comfortable answering high level Program questions that partners may ask directly or via Programs team support queue
  • Familiar enough with Technology Partners/ Integration Partners and Splunk products to be able to review if an interested partner is complementary or competitive
  • Detail oriented and comfortable doing initial reviews on partner applications or customer success submissions
  • Primary point of contact for onboarding Technology Partners into Partnerverse and explaining how to progress through the different partner tiers

Project Management

  • Familiar with Partner Program Benefits and comfortable leading select benefits while tracking progress of partners who are participating in the benefits
  • Collaborative with strong written and verbal communication skills for clear decision making while working with other teams (including Finance, Education, Marketing, Operations, Legal) on projects
  • Documentation creation
  • Capable of drafting partner communications or internal updates
  • Willing to assist or play a role across different projects on the team



  • This is an extremely fast-paced, high-pressure, high-visibility role
  • 5+ years of partner or partner program related position
  • Current experience in a high growth software enterprise company
  • Strong Leadership skills and ability to influence
  • Strong communication, reporting and presentation skills
  • Strong project and organizational skills
  • Familiar with Salesforce and Google workspace
