Job Details

Title: Backend Python Developer with Rest API.

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in building solutions in Python.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and micro-services in Python.
  • Experience in developing applications with MongoDB (pymongo).
  • Experience implementation automated testing to validate fixes and feature work including unit tests, and tests.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD framework.
  • Ability to follow team software development platforms like Kubernetes EKS, ECS, or GKE.
  • Hands-on experience in building and deploying software in at least one of the major public cloud providers (such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design development, and implementation of scalable web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework, ensuring code quality, security and performance
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including front-end developers. Designers, and product managers to create seamless and engaging user experiences, with a strong emphasis on front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and Java Script.
  • Ensure optimized compatibility across major browsers including Safari and chrome, addressing cross-browser performance issues effectively.
  • Design, Implement and maintain robust database schemas using MySQL or equivalent systems, optimizing queries, and ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and architecture to deployment monitoring and enhancement and support post-launch.
  • Utilize version control systems like Git for source code management, enabling smooth collaboration and continuous integration processes.
