Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager and Business Analyst to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This long-term contract position involves leading and coordinating key projects while ensuring efficient delivery of solutions within an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage complex IT initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Manage IT projects using Agile methodologies, including Scrum, to achieve timely and quality outcomes.
Oversee project documentation, tracking, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
Facilitate cross-functional team coordination to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Utilize Atlassian Jira for project tracking, task management, and reporting.
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges.
Provide leadership and guidance to teams throughout project lifecycles.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards during project execution.
Present progress updates and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT project management with a focus on Agile methodologies.
Certification in project management or an equivalent credential.
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum practices and principles.
Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and collaboration.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and team members.
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
