Description
This person will primarily work in their manufacturing environment, supporting internal employees including executives on-site. Day to day will include general PC hardware and software support, imaging and deployment of new devices, walk-up tech support, on-site desktop support, remote service desk support, monitoring network traffic to ensure availability, configuring and shipping assets, troubleshooting peripherals and printers, managing the ticket queue, and any other IT needs as they arise. They will partner with systems, security, and network teams to escalate where appropriate, but overall need to be a self-starter and be able to operate independently to clear a backlog of tickets and work on new ones. This person will be the main front-line IT support for the building.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr.
