Role: Infra architect role

Location - Franklin, TN

Skills

VCenter - Intermediary to Senior.

• Need to understand all VCenter components and able to troubleshoot and fix any software/hardware related issues.
• Need to know how to migrate/update VCenter and fix any issues related.
• Need to know how to setup/configure: Virtual switches, Datastores, Datacenters, Clusters etc

Storage - Intermediary to Senior

• Need to understand all Storage components including Fiber Channel and iSCSI. Able to troubleshoot and fix any software/hardware related issues.
• Experience with Nimble Storage
• Experience with Data domain Storages

Switches - Intermediary to Senior

• Need to understand all Switches components including Fiber Channel and iSCSI. Able to troubleshoot and fix any software/hardware related issues.
• Experience with Nexus switches

Blades server - Intermediary to Senior

• Need to understand all Blades server components and able to troubleshoot and fix any software/hardware related issues.
• Experience with Cisco Blades
• Able to lift 80lb

Veam Backup - Intermediary to Senior

• Need to understand all Veam Backup components and able to troubleshoot and fix any software/hardware related issues.
• Experience with Veam Migration/Update and fix any issues related.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate technology, market trends and industry plus identify prospective impact on business.
• Participate to develop and manage ongoing enterprise architecture governance structure on basis of business plus IT strategies.
• Sound knowledge on networking, Setting up VPN Tunnel
• Establishes and maintains network performance.
• Knowledge of Firewall platforms including Checkpoint and Cisco ASA
• Maximizes performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages and scheduling upgrades.
• Promote organization architecture process and results to organization inclusive of business leaders and enterprise's IT.
• Develop implementation plan for infrastructure architecture on basis of IT strategies and business requirements.
• Respond to security questionnaire and participate in audit calls with the clients.

Additional Skills (Intermediary)

• Powershell
• Work in a environment with about 500 Servers and 2000 users
• Active Directory Experience (Users, Groups, GPOs etc)
• DNS Experience
• FTP Experience
• Windows Servers monitoring and troubleshooting
• Windows Servers patching/WSUS
• Cabling

Must Have

• Bachelor degree in a technical or management field, such as computer science, computer engineering or business management. 8-12 years' experience in related fields.
• Ability to search and understand KB articles Ability to effectively communicate with customer managers and executives on technical and business issues.
• Strong organizational and time management, triaging skills.
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Technical writing, Preparation of Architecture diagram
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Works well in a team environment
• Effective learning skills

Preferred to Have

• Mortgage Banking Experience
• IIS, DHCP, SMTP
• ITIL
• Security Hardening, Azure, Microsoft File Server
