This is a direct-hire role where the selected candidate will work directly on the payroll of our end client from day one. Grand Central Analyst
Full-Time Permanent Position

Job Description:
- Defines and documents system scope and objectives based on knowledge of the patient flow systems and user needs.
- Develops system specifications, performs system design across a variety of applications, and executes system test plans.
- Anticipates problems, provides solutions to complex problems with the necessary priorities, and presents the solution to the business partners.
- Manages components of medium to large, complex size patient flow system projects, provides mentoring of system analysts, and provides support of others on patient flow system projects.
Ideal Experience:
- General experience with large, complex healthcare implementations and with healthcare patient flow systems.
- 3 years of experience in patient flow systems.
- 5 years of experience in a related role, of which 3 are in a healthcare/hospital environment.
- General experience with a variety of healthcare patient flow standards and regulations.
