We are directly working with the hiring manager and seeking a TPManager/Owner Contract role to meet the Data & Analytics for our direct client in Pharmaceutical industry.

Duration: Contract (c2c/1099/w2)

Location: New Brunswick, NJ Onsite (Hybrid 3-4 days must)

Role Overview/ Required skills:

We are looking for a Sr. TPO 10+ years of experience to meet the Data & Analytics needs for our Global Services function.

  • This is a key function for Corporate, looking for one who has established experience in the industry with stakeholder relationship, strategic imperatives and strong technical expertise with latest cloud technologies (GS uses Databricks on AWS).
  • The business partners are technically savvy, demanding; the platform is designed to scale and meet multiple data needs (Service Now, Genesys, Fleet, GS Proc, GS HR, ) and stand as a single source of truth for GS.

Minimum 10+ years of experience as a TPO in Data & Analytics. Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision by needs, translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criterial leveraging their expertise in product development, Cloud Migration, UX and Data engineering...(Azure Databricks, AWS)

    • Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing stories and features
    • Deep understanding of business/processes and high-level understanding of high-quality optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency Act as the "voice of the customer" within the squad to ensure the squad "builds the right thing. Expertise digital product delivery.
    • Experienced in developing systems and tools to enable customer interactions collaboration (e.g., digital self, precision marketing, DAM, immersive technology)
    • Experienced in managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics,
    • Plan resourcing for the squad (i.e. new role, change in role), create ASOE requests, interview, attend product team ceremonies, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up, select and onboard members to join the squad
    • Experienced in developing systems and tools to enable customer interactions and accountable for shaping and hitting squad OKRs.
    • In short, looking for a strong, experienced, smart candidate for this key role, will work closely with me, the business partners and the technical team.
