Title: Oracle SCM Cloud Techno Functional Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 6Months C2H

Job Description:

We are looking for an Oracle SCM Cloud Techno Functional Analyst with 2+ years experience in Supply Chain. A training and mentoring program 12 16 weeks in duration will be available to the Analyst coming into this position. This training program will consist of mentoring, supporting, shadowing and monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Position is for a Functional Support Professional with knowledge of Supply Chain Management business process and workflows. You will participate in the Veteran Academy training and mentoring program to gain a knowledge foundation for the SCM Cloud Techno-Functional Analyst duties which include:
  • Providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests.
  • Deliver Customer Service on a Functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer.
  • Responsible for customer production support, tracking-incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases.
  • The key skills put to use on a daily basis are - techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise.
  • It an opportunity to work with Cloud and On-Premise customers. This includes working directly with customers for:
  • Advising on complex use of Oracle products
  • Resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues
  • Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues
  • Creation/review of Knowledge Articles

Key Experience:

BS degree or equivalent experience

2-3 years experience in Supply Chain in one or more of the following areas: Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Logistics and/or Shipping

Knowledge of SCM systems is a plus

Demonstrates good communication, customer management and customer engagement.

Ability to work primarily independently with internal and external customers to build relationships

Demonstrated ability to perform moderately complex problem-solving and customer critical issue management in compliance with company policies and processes

Demonstrate strong proficiency in interpersonal skills, team leadership, eye for business, relationship building, and conflict management

Strong learning orientation to keep abreast of the emerging business models/processes, applications product solutions, product features, technology features and use this learning to deliver value to customers on a daily basis.
