We are seeking a Project Communication Coordinator/Lead to manage and streamline communications between client and end-point clients. This role will own the communications plan, provide coordination support to the Project Manager, and ensure smooth collaboration across internal development teams, testers, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Coordinate communications between client and end-point clients to ensure clarity and consistency.
Own and implement the project communications plan, tailoring updates to stakeholder needs.
Maintain and update the business client contact list for accuracy and accessibility.
Project Coordination
Assist the Project Manager with coordination support across internal and external teams.
Provide testing coordination and support, including scheduling, communication of test plans, and issue tracking.
Coordinate between internal development teams and testers to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
Operational Support
Document and distribute meeting notes, action items, and project updates.
Track communication workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Ensure communication practices align with compliance, governance, and risk management standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong background in project coordination, communication, or stakeholder management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Planner, SharePoint, Notion).
Experience coordinating testing activities and supporting development teams.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
