Senior Analyst Practice Management
Join our client s dynamic leadership team to help drive strategic, business, and operational initiatives for a fast-paced and growing organization. This role offers the opportunity to work on cross-functional projects, leverage data analytics, and support key business priorities while collaborating closely with leadership, operations, and business development teams.

Location: Ideally based in New York or Century City (Los Angeles), with some travel required
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $110,000 $140,000 plus a bonus

What You ll Do:
Partner with leadership to support business planning, strategy development, and financial reporting
Analyze operational and financial data to uncover trends, identify risks, and support business decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to drive knowledge-sharing, project management, and process improvements
Assist with staffing coordination, recruiting support, and resource management for critical initiatives
Support onboarding, professional development programs, and cross-functional team integration

What Gets You the Job:
3 5 years of experience in professional services, practice management, or a data analytics role
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with experience using project management or data analytics tools
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
