While the job title remains Business Data Scientist I, the hiring manager is open to considering overqualified candidates with more years of experience, as long as candidates background aligns with the maximum approved pay rate.
Must Have;
Bachelor s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business or related
2 (two) years' experience supporting database development, data analytics and/or experience in the natural gas industry
Power platform skills specifically building power applications, power pages and power automation
Per the Hiring Manager, they are looking for a candidate that has built and has experience with power app (platforms) (power apps, power automate) development and programming experience, python, C++ etc... Candidate will bring examples of the apps they have developed to the interview. Also, they are open to reviewing senior candidates!
Develops, and optimizes Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance.
Job Description
As a Business Data Scientist I, you will assist with building sophisticated models, generating insights, applying artificial intelligence and business intelligence reporting to assist in identifying business opportunities. You'll work with market intelligence partners across the business to develop appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
Develops, implements, and supports business intelligence reporting and advanced
analytical model development, architecture, data availability and data models
Creates scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large scale data analyses, model
development, model validation, and model implementation
Streamlines user interfaces and data visualization tools to make data analyses more
effective and accessible
Assists with the development of descriptive, predictive and/or prescriptive statistical models to solve business problems
Works with large data sets in a hybrid cloud environment across multiple source systems, machine learning, artificial intelligence and other advanced statistical methods
Work with other internal partners to develop data solutions
Other duties as assigned
