Inside Sales representative
Location : Remote (Must be authorized to work in US)
Role summary
We re looking for a motivated, early-career, hunter-focused Inside Sales Representative with 1 2 years experience in generating leads/meetings into the U.S. ISVs and SaaS market. You will generate and qualify new leads or meetings (with support from Solutions & Delivery teams). This is a quota-bearing role focused on consistent lead/meeting pipeline creation.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify and nurture outbound leads across ISVs, SaaS product companies, and related engineering buyers.
- Run high-volume outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) and execute tailored cadences to generate qualified meetings.
- Manage full sales cycle in CRM update from lead to opportunity stages, forecast accurately and meet weekly/monthly pipeline targets.
- Align with Sales and Pre Sales team to run effective campaigns.
- Own target attainment: Meeting booked and Executed
What success looks like (KPIs)
- Monthly/quarterly quota attainment (new bookings & ARR).
- Number of leads generated and qualified opportunities created per month.
- Meeting-to-opportunity conversion ratios.
- Accurate CRM hygiene and forecast reliability.
Required qualifications & experience
- 1 2 years of inside sales / business development experience software and product engineering services to North American based ISVs and SaaS customers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or work toward quota
- Prior knowledge of the U.S. ISVs and SaaS landscape (Gatekeeper, Influencer and Decision- maker).
- Understanding on disruptive technologies like Mobility, Analytics, Cloud, AI/ML, GenAI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to CXOs and VP/Director-level stakeholders.
- Comfortable working fully remote and collaborating across multiple time zones.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools.
Preferred
Prior experience generating leads or scheduling meetings for product engineering services or product development engagements
