Job Details

Job Role: Change Manager Location: San Jose California (Remote) Duration: 12+ months

Job Description:

  • Proven expertise in organizational change principles and application, including at least 7 years of relevant experience; certification is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills using multiple formats including but not limited to email, PPT, SharePoint/Wiki, newsletters, video, and infographics
  • Intermediate or sophisticated graphic design skills to support visual storytelling; experience with Adobe suite is desirable (including but not limited to: express, illustrator, firefly, campaign)
  • Experience with digital adoption tool implementations & and content development (e.g., Gainsight, WalkMe)

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
