About this Position:

Job Title: IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, defining scope, goals, timelines, and resources.

  • Coordinate teams and vendors to meet project milestones and budgets.

  • Lead and support project teams, ensuring clear roles and productive collaboration.

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate project status and risks.

  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes to keep projects on track.

  • Oversee budgets, allocate resources, and monitor expenditures.

  • Lead change management for solution adoption.

  • Improve project processes and stay updated on industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED AND nine (9) years of managing multiple IT and business projects.

    • Associates degree counts as two years of experience.

    • Bachelor's degree or higher counts as four years of experience.

  • Two (2) or more years in a lead role collaborating across divisions and organizational levels.

  • PMP Certification.

  • CSM Certification.

  • 2 years' experience with Microsoft Project.

  • 1 year's experience with Azure DevOps.
