Senior Accountant MRO Team

Piqua, OH

Full-Time | 100% Onsite | Occasional Travel (5 10%)

Salary Range: $90,000 $110,000 + Benefits

This is a newly created role supporting multiple acquired locations across the U.S. and Canada. What You ll Do

  • Own parts of the general ledger, including reconciliations, rollforward schedules, and reserves
  • Drive select month-end close processes across multiple locations
  • Prepare budget variance and fluctuation analyses
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls
  • Collaborate with on-site teams to explain financials in plain English
  • Assist with AP coding, tax prep, and audit readiness
  • Lead or contribute to process improvements across finance operations

What You Bring

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
  • Experience in multi-site or acquisition-heavy environments
  • Strong working knowledge of the full accounting cycle
  • ERP experience required; NetSuite strongly preferred
  • Excel proficiency and comfort with MS Office
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both corporate leadership and operational teams
  • Experience with or exposure to public company controls (SOX) is a plus
