Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Remote Tech Community Manager to build, grow, and nurture our online community. You will serve as the bridge between our brand and our users, providing support, facilitating discussions, and encouraging engagement across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage our online community across platforms such as forums, social media, Discord, Slack, etc.
Act as the first point of contact for community members, providing support and addressing inquiries.
Foster positive interactions, encourage knowledge sharing, and facilitate collaborations among community members.
Organize and promote online events, webinars, and Q&A sessions.
Monitor community activity, gather feedback, and report insights to internal teams.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align community initiatives with company goals.
Create and curate engaging content, including tutorials, announcements, and user stories.
Enforce community guidelines to maintain a respectful, inclusive environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in community management, social media, or related roles, preferably in the tech industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of online community platforms and tools.
Passion for technology and helping others.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Ability to analyze community metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
