Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting application and system issues, and ensuring timely resolution of customer and operational incidents. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for applications, systems, and end users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues.
  • Monitor support queues and respond to incidents within established SLAs.
  • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and knowledge base articles.
  • Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and deployments.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and support.
