    Work location: Las Vegas, NV 89101 - Remote

    Job Summary
    The Oracle Service Contracts Techno-Functional Lead to provide support and address to clients’ business requirements, technical issues and solve business problems using Oracle EBS applications, with the ability to lead a team.
    Responsibilities:

    • Should be able to support the client incidents/Service request requirements.
    • Be an active member within the company’s Oracle technology communities.
    • Ensure AMS team adherence to metrics and KPIs. Ensure those metrics are reviewed and published on a weekly basis.
    • Manage implementation of process improvements within the AMS team.
    • Proactively identify and develop strategies to avoid potential causes of service failure.
    • Coordinate technical support to lead/assist in the minimization of consequences of service failure (workarounds).
    • Maintain knowledge base documents, known errors, and workarounds.
    • Coordinate AMS team activities, manage customer expectations, and review resource feedback.
    • Assist with other departmental activities as required in maintaining business SLAs.
    • Should come across the RCA and preventive measures for the same.
    • Ability to troubleshoot sev1 and sev2 tickets with basic plsql debugging and analyzing custom code packages.
    • Ability to work with the offshore team helping troubleshoot custom plsql packages and API's.

     

    Required Skills:

    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle Service Contracts, with knowledge of Oracle Install Base, and Oracle Field Services.
    • Business knowledge and business analytical skills.
    • Interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with clients.
    • Communication skills to effectively facilitate workshops.
    • Maintains a positive attitude and momentum in challenging situations.
    • Communicates effectively with all partners.
    • Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work.

     

    Nice to Have Skills:

    • Oracle Cloud certification is preferred.
