Job Summary:

The Acumatica ERP Business Consultant role is primarily a remote customer-facing role within our Acumatica Practice. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing consultant for this role. Managing success against typical project constraints is a requirement of the job. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of Acumatica Cloud ERP. You will work within a project team and be expected to assess client needs, develop solutions, and implement them to the client's satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping clients. You will be expected to always embrace and promote WM Synergy values.

Responsibilities:

Identify and document business requirements as per the Statement of Work

Prioritize customer success and project scope.

Develop functional and process design and prototyping functional and technical.

Deliver impactful training sessions to our customers that allow them to absorb and fully understand the features and functions of the software.

Build, develop and test solutions.

Develop testing plans and support customers through the testing cycle.

Deliver full life cycle implementations with the client.

Transition customer after go-live to customer success.

Desired Skills:

Proficient with best practices in ERP system implementation methodologies

Functional knowledge and demonstrated history of successfully delivering ERP Quote to shipment process implementations.

Expert knowledge on specific processes including the following: BOM/Routing structure, Finite/Infinite scheduling, MRP, Establishing replenishment plans and Inventory strategies, warehouse management and procurement.

Excellent communication, writing, teaching and presentation skills.

Strong organization and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with multi-cultural teams..

Exceptional organization and multitasking skills.

Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage and take initiative on projects.

Self-critical, self-motivated with creativity and confidence.

Ability to use and analyze information to establish priorities and carry out improvement activities.

Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from all levels of an organization.

Good interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of a customer s organization to maintain relationships and cooperation in pursuing improvement goals.

Must be able to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to reach a consensus around common goals and escalate conditions posing risk to customers or WM Synergy.

Willingness to seek, share, and institutionalize best practices where applicable.

Education:

Bachelor s or Advanced degree in Engineering, Operations, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Acumatica Certified Manufacturing or Business Consultant, desired but not required.

Experience:

2+ years of consulting experience with Acumatica Cloud ERP is preferred.

5+ years of ERP implementation consulting experience with cloud ERP enterprise platform.

4-6 years of experience directly involved in manufacturing and production execution.

Lean experience is helpful but not required.

Requirements:

Ability to travel up to 25% within the USA.

Must be legally eligible to work in the USA on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
