Roles and Responsibility:
Product manager responsible for Various analytics solutions for client's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) using various reporting/programming/visualization technology and database platform. The ideal candidate has experience in delivering analytics solutions that provide valuable and timely insights to key stakeholders. This candidate has technical expertise in in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, Supporting the build and standardization of EHS reporting eco-system and Act as strategic partner to frame, investigate, and answer key business questions related to organization wide performance reporting.
- Demonstrated understanding of key Agile techniques and a deep comprehension of systems and information architecture
- Develop user stories and epics to encapsulate business requirements for prioritization
- Assist teams with the execution of test cases and scripts, ensuring customer expectations are met through the delivery of services or projects
- Deliver consistent, stable product operations, and meet all security, stability, usability, performance, and sustainability requirements
- Promote the products, give demos, and prove the impact of your solutions on Pfizer science
- Analyze business processes and operational workflows to understand user needs and improvement opportunities, solicit, interpret, and synthesize user requirements, and contribute to product design activities to translate these requirements into elegant, workable and well-integrated digital products that maximize value and impact
- Collaborate with the Digital delivery teams and other Digital functions to effectively communicate product requirements and ensure that solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and on value in an agile manner
Required Skillset:
* Strong coding skills required for Custom EHS development reports and dashboard:
- EHS REPORTING AND SWIMS - SharePoint, .NET
- GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN EHS METRICS - SharePoint
- ENVIRONMENTAL DATABASE AND REPORTING SYSTEM - VB
- EXIT STREAM - .NET, SQL server
- ODC - Java, Pearl script, C
- Visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, TIBCO Spotfire, Angular
* Deep understanding of data visualization tools and experience designing and building complex dashboards, including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire
* Strong reporting and analytical skills to be able to synthesize and validate various inputs, and ability to communicate "the story" to commercial leadership
* Strong understanding of all applicable local, state and federal regulations and ability to research, interpret and implement unfamiliar regulations.
* Lead projects and assist the stakeholders and business owners to meet business objectives and overall compliance and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of WERCS initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
* EHS professional certifications and/or training (i.e.: ASP/CSP, Ergonomics, Hazardous Waste (CHMM), Fall Protection, Fork Truck Trainer, Emergency Coordinator/Commander, Fire/Loss Prevention, etc.) is a plus
