Job Details
We are looking for Industry Marketing Partner/BFS @ Dallas, TX
Activities to Perform:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Technology discipline
- Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or marketing manager similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with ideating, planning, and executing marketing programs, including events and campaigns 3-5 years
- Track record of developing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders across organizational areas
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in demand generation, lead generation or marketing
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Availability to travel and participate on industry events [25% of time]
- Experience with Pivot Tables/Excel or basic data analysis for segmentation work is a plus
- Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce/MS Dynamics CRM is a plus
- Understand the technology services industry
- Experienced in managing conversations and engaging with senior business executives
- Market segmentation and target selection based on research, insights, and databases
- Research appropriate forums to connect with the target audience, including industry specific events, local events networking opportunities, industry associations
- Research clients organizational structures and identify decision makers in target accounts
- Collaboratively ideate and formalize an engagement and relationship building plan
- Translate the engagement plans into actionable multi-channel campaigns to build preference
- Executing the campaign plans and review progress on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Research and identify relevant events and propose the right sponsorships level to be considered for the event program Leader, being a key player across relevant participation aspects
- Participate in field marketing events one-on-one interactions
- Qualifying leads, performing preliminary needs analysis, securing appointments, F2F meetings or/and web presentations
- Continuously nurture relationships through phone, email, personal cards, web tools, social media
- Report funnel pipeline metrics, and proactively propose performance improvements
- Results oriented, pragmatic, and highly organized
