Derive construction specifications based on electrical, inline metrics, unit processes, and design rules. Design, execute and analyze experiments necessary to meet engineering specifications based on a structure to electrical correlations. Solve problems with a model-based approach and drive technical innovation through process improvements, patents, and/or technical papers. In the depth of knowledge of semiconductor device physics and electrical characterization methods including probe, ESDA, Param, and reliability. Perform data analysis through JMP, Python, or other data engineering software.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Material Science Engineering or related field. Position requires completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis or 6 months of experience involving the following:

VLSI design

Semiconductor manufacturing flow and understanding of unit process steps

Research/thesis, patents, and/or technical papers published

Semiconductor device physics and electrical characterization methods including probe, ESDA, Param, and reliability

Cross-functional project management
