Job Description:
Enterprise Salesforce Developer will perform daily development, create and maintain code related to Salesforce products and integration, perform maintenance, including but not limited to support, updates, development ensuring security standards across the Salesforce cloud ecosystem. This includes project teams' collaboration across technical domains to review workloads and business workflows, helping solve technical issues across the platform environments of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and working closely with MuleSoft developer and Salesforce administrators supporting architecture and components review.
Key Result Areas:
Serves as primary developer for the Salesforce.com environment including but not limited to MuleSoft AnyPoint platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and Salesforce CRM.
Proficiency and experience with Salesforce related programming languages CICD, Java, APEX, Python and similar.
Implement web solutions and best practices. Survey and edit related websites and applications as needed
Assist project managers and planning site redesigns and updates, including communication with creative directors and program managers on scope projects
Ensure Salesforce development tasks are on schedule and within budget
Handles daily basic administrative functions including user access accounts, reports and dashboards, system maintenance, workflows, and other routine tasks.
Completes regular internal system audits and prepares environment for upgrades observing change control internal procedures and production rollout schedules.
Assists in the cross training of other application system administrators, new salesforce users, and grow skillset of Salesforce and products across the organization as required
Effectively acts as the liaison between our users, vendors, partners and/or external/internal application development teams
Works independently with members of the user community and business constituents to define and document development requirements and improvement proposals.
Works with peers, business leads to analyze enterprise business context (CRM business strategy, roadmaps, and trends), to derive future-state technologies and business outcomes.
Assists the business areas to help define the requirements, principles, and models that guide CRM technology decisions for the Enterprise
Helps drive CRM digital innovation at all levels of the organization, with in-depth business process analytics and desired Enterprise outcomes as required.
Analyzes and helps to define detailed migration plans to address technology gaps, security vulnerabilities and/or zero-day vulnerabilities impacting CRM environments.
Deep understanding of MuleSoft AnyPoint, network tunnels supporting salesforce CRM ecosystem, and application architectures connecting to Salesforce MuleSoft.
Responsible for user account provisioning and deprovisioning, audit user access reviews, and all aspects of end-users, administrator setup and deactivations. Including roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
Salesforce configuration changes including but not limited to flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reporting.
Monitor and improve user adoption for new and existing users, user training and business tutorials taking advantage of new features and functionalities that may help advance business processes.
Assist with data connectivity requirements for MuleSoft projects.
Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or CRM management equivalent experience
7+ years of experience as a Programmer, Developer or web engineer with Salesforce ecosystem and related products.
Strong knowledge of web coding including HTML and CSS, APEX, Python, CICD, programming languages required for Salesforce development.
Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and user provisioning in Salesforce and SMFC
Experience with Copado CI/CD platform, licensing, and provisioning
Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
5+ years of experience in Information Technology or equivalent systems analyst experience
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills in a technical context
Technical and security knowledge of many components of Salesforce architecture and environment
Strong knowledge of IT standards and controls, including information principles and processes
Relevant vendor or industry certifications ++
Ability to work a flexible schedule, i.e. weekends and evenings as needed
