Position Summary:

Finance Manager, ERP Implementation, will be the Finance member of the core implementation team for the rollout of IFS 10 as the global ERP for all A&D sites. Main responsibilities include continued development of Global standards for Aerospace & Defense (A&D) group and deployment of the Global standards across the A&D Sites.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Consistent deployment of the Global standards with minimum customizations while meeting the Business objectives through collaboration with Sites, Consulting partners, Core team SME's and IT

In line with the Planned Cost/ Budget

On Schedule to the overall Project timeline

Full deployment off the agreed final version of the Global Template

Risk Mitigation from a Business standpoint

On Time Delivery Before Deployment and After Go Live (Sustained or Improved)

Financial Controls

Principal Activities:

Lead all Finance Functions - Blueprint requirements gathering, consolidate and document blueprint that represents all A&D Sites (Includes, FP&A, GL, Controls and Tax)

Coordinate the Business review/sign off for their respective assigned functions

Support Site Data Cleansing and Data migration for all Finance related process

Assist Consulting partners in the technical development of ERP modifications

Work with Core team & Site team members in supporting the prototype testing followed by site deployment testing

Create Training materials for Finance function in close collaboration with Consulting partners and train the site teams (Train the Trainer)

Support Site Teams on the Change Management process to IFS

Candidate Requirements

• Previous ERP implementation experience

• Strong IFS system experience

• Strong Finance background

• Strong knowledge of General Finance and how the system architecture needs to be to support accurate reporting

• Project Management experience/Organized in managing in multiple priorities in an agile environment

• Strong Communication skills - Ability to communicate across all levels off the Organization

• Ability to travel Globally 30 - 50% of the time on an as required basis (implementation sites are London, Paris, New York, and California).

Education & Experience

• 5 Years of experience in IFS Finance Consulting capacity

• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification or experience is a plus

• Prior Finance Leadership Experience in a Business is preferred
