Job Description:

 

The SDR will focus on outbound prospectinglead generation, and booking qualified meetings for our leadership team. This role requires strong communication, excellent written English, persistence, and the ability to manage high-volume outreach across email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools. This is NOT a closing role — your performance will be measured by meetings booked.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Outbound Prospecting

·         Send 50–100 targeted outbound emails daily

·         Send 50+ LinkedIn connection requests/messages daily

·         Identify and engage new prospects across IT hiring leadership roles

 

Lead Generation

·         Build and maintain a list of target accounts (healthcare, finance, utilities, manufacturing, government, etc.)

·         Research and identify decision-makers (CIO, CTO, IT Director, HR Director, etc.)

·         Use tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo (if available), and Google Search

 

Meeting Scheduling

·         Book 10–15 qualified meetings per month

·         Handle calendar coordination

·         Ensure meetings are with real decision-makers, not junior recruiters

 

Follow-Up Management

·         Execute multi-step outreach sequences (email + LinkedIn + follow-ups)

·         Send reminders, follow-ups, and double-touch messages

·         Maintain consistent contact until a meeting is booked or prospect is disqualified

 

CRM & Reporting

·         Track all outreach activity and responses in CRM - pipedrive

·         Maintain clean, accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversations

·         Provide a daily activity report and weekly performance summary

 

Support Sales Leadership

·         Send sample candidates to prospects when requested

·         Prepare briefs before meetings

·         Flag high-potential accounts immediately

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

 Must-Have:

·         Excellent written English (mandatory)

·         Strong understanding of outbound sales

·         Experience with B2B lead generation or SDR work

·         Ability to follow scripts + add personalization

·         Persistence: ability to follow up 7–10 times per lead

·         Organized and detail-oriented

·         Familiarity with CRM systems (pipedrive preferred)

·         Strong LinkedIn communication skills

 

Nice-to-Have (Bonus):

·         Experience working with IT staffing or recruitment companies

·         Knowledge of AI, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, or data engineering roles

·         Experience with Apollo or Sales Navigator

·         Comfortable working US business hours as needed

 

KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS (KPIs)

·         Meetings Booked: 10–15 per month

·         Outbound Emails: 1500–2000 per month

·         LinkedIn Actions: 1000+ per month

·         Warm Responses: 30–50 per month

·         Pipeline Value Created: Measured by quality of booked meetings
