Business Analyst

Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Business Analyst for our client in the Professional Services domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 8+ Months Contract

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Remote)

Salary: $51.00-$59.00/Hourly

Role: Business Analyst

Primary Skills: Finance Accounting (FI)

Role Description: As a Business Analyst, you must have at least 4+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a liaison between end-users, technical teams, and project stakeholders

- Facilitate moderate requirements gathering sessions

- Identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications (Functional and Non-functional) for software/app development

- Develop and document scoping documents, detailed business requirements, use cases, user stories, process flows, and work instructions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project scope, vision, and timelines

- Conduct research to identify technology solutions that will enhance business operations

Required Skills:

- Minimum three years of recent experience working with Accounting ERP, SAP & Oracle - plus

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

- Prior experience working with Agile/ Scrum Methodology

- Exceptional verbal/written communication, presentation, and analytical skills

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Participation in Workshops once per month (3-5 days) on-site workshops East Coast to Dallas.

Education: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
